This policy explains what Alpaga ("we") collects when you use alpaga.si and the Alpaga app.

What we collect

  • Account data: your name, email and profile picture from Google sign-in.
  • Google analytics data: aggregated daily metrics and top-N breakdowns (channels, landing pages, key events, search queries and pages) for the properties you map. We do not copy raw event-level data.
  • Content you create: site profiles, conversations with the analyst, insights statuses and growth actions.
  • Billing: handled by Polar as merchant of record. We store your plan and subscription status, never card details.
  • Website analytics: on our marketing site we use Google Analytics only after you accept cookies (Consent Mode v2).

How we use it

To provide the service: dashboards, scheduled analysis, AI answers and recommendations. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. See Google data use for the Limited Use commitments.

Processors

  • Google (APIs you authorize)
  • Our AI provider (aggregated metrics per request, no training)
  • Polar (payments)
  • Our hosting provider

Retention and deletion

Synced metrics are kept while the website is connected. Disconnecting Google lets you delete cached data immediately. Deleting a workspace revokes Google access and erases its data. You can export your workspace in Settings, under Data and privacy.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing. Contact admin@alpaga.si.
