What you get
Alpaga is built for solo founders and small teams who run a portfolio, not a single site. Every metric shows its source, date range and comparison basis.
Users, sessions, organic clicks and key events for every site on one screen, with period comparisons and freshness on every metric. GA4 and Search Console numbers are labeled and never mixed.
Every morning Alpaga runs deterministic detectors over your data (traffic swings, organic declines, low-CTR queries, conversion drops) and explains the ones that matter.
Ask “@mysite.com why did organic traffic fall?” or compare two sites in one question. The analyst calls read-only tools, cites dates and sources, and says when data is missing.
Turn any insight or answer into a task with priority, effort, the metric to watch and a follow-up check on the outcome 28 days later.
High-impression, low-CTR queries, rising and declining pages, and queries within reach of page one, ranked by potential, with the caveats Search Console imposes.
Google access is read-only and stored encrypted on the server. Each workspace is isolated, and Alpaga never edits your analytics, website or ads.
Grounded, not generated
Period comparisons, anomaly thresholds and CTR benchmarks are computed deterministically on the server. The AI only explains what the data shows, and every claim links back to the metric, site and date range it came from.

FAQ
Alpaga is an AI growth analyst for people who run several websites. It connects to Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, shows all your sites in one dashboard, detects meaningful changes every day, and recommends specific SEO, content, conversion and distribution actions backed by your own data.
Google Analytics 4 (via the Analytics Data and Admin APIs) and Google Search Console (Search Analytics API). Universal Analytics, Plausible, Matomo and others are not supported yet.
No. Alpaga requests read-only scopes (analytics.readonly and webmasters.readonly). It never edits Google configuration, publishes content or changes your website.
OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM on the server and are never sent to the browser or to the AI model. Every query and AI tool call is checked against your workspace membership, so one workspace cannot read another's data. You can disconnect Google and delete cached data at any time.
The analyst can only cite numbers returned by server-side tools that read your synced GA4 and Search Console data. Comparisons and anomaly detection are computed deterministically before the AI sees them, and answers separate measured findings from hypotheses. When conversion tracking or a source is missing, it says so instead of guessing.
Alpaga backfills 90 days when you connect a site, then syncs daily and re-syncs the last few days to pick up Google's late-arriving data. Search Console data typically lags 2 to 3 days. Each metric shows its date range and last successful sync.
Starter includes 2 websites for free, Pro includes 15, and Portfolio includes 50. Each website can map to one GA4 property and one Search Console property, either of which is optional.
Subscriptions are processed by Polar, which acts as merchant of record and handles VAT and sales tax. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the billing portal at any time.
